Dr. Waleed Elyaman is the Medical Director and lead physician for Absolute Elder Care, which focuses on caring for patients who reside in Assisted/Independent living facilities throughout Central Florida.
Dr. Waleed Elyaman is Board Certified in both Family Medicine, as well as Palliative Care. His scope of practice reflects his focus in Geriatric Medicine. He currently serves as a Medical Director for Hospice of Marion County.
Dr. Elyaman and his team work diligently with facilities, patients, and their families to ensure that his patients receive the highest level of care available with regular monitoring of acute and chronic conditions to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life.
Dr. Elyaman, was raised in Frost proof, Florida, a small town in Polk County. He completed his residency training in Wayne Michigan at Oakwood Hospital.
Dr. Elyaman’s interests include a variety of outdoor activities, such as fishing, hiking, and boating. He is a devoted husband, and enjoys spending time with his family. He is one of fifteen children.
David Navaretta, PA-C
David Navetta is proud to call himself a “Double Gator”, earning his Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences and his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, both from the University of Florida.
David works closely with Dr. Waleed Elyaman to provide superior care for his patients. He is enthusiastic about Absolute Elder Care’s Patient Centered Model which focuses on improving quality of life for his patients. David uses his knowledge and problem solving skills to help treat and coordinate care for his patients, as well as their caregivers, to guide them through the hurdles which may arise while residing at an Assisted/Independent Living Facility.
David was born and raised in Marion County, Florida. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and remaining active with hobbies such as racquetball, golf, and swimming.
Nicole Flusk, ARNP
Originally from New Jersey, Nicole moved to Florida with her family in the year 2000. She received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society. As a board certified family nurse practitioner she cares for patients of all ages, but her primary focus and nursing experience is in adult and gerontology nursing.
Nicole started her nursing career, gaining experience in an acute care hospital setting, caring for a wide variety of patient illness while specializing in surgical care. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Nicole worked as a home health nurse for five years, caring for patients in various assisted living facilities and private homes throughout Marion County. With this background Nicole is an excellent asset to the Absolute Elder Care team.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys playing the piano, riding her horses, singing, and most importantly, spending time with her family which includes her golden retriever Crisco.
William Rodriguez, MDMedical Director
Dr. William Rodirguez is a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician. He completed his Residency training at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center. Atlantic City, New Jersey in 2011. Dr. Rodriguez is an experienced Hospitalist, and works diligently to ensure that his patients needs are met . Dr. Rodriguez grew up in Woodside, New York and relocated to Florida after residency training. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Rodriguez is a committed family man. He is married and has 3 children. In his leisure time, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and playing softball. His most recent hiking excursion was to the top of Pico Duarte, Dominical Republic. He is a avid baseball fan and even played in college ball for the Long Island University Blackbirds, NCAA Division 1. He has been a self- proclaimed Professional Mets fan since 1986!

Courtney was Born and raised right here in Florida! She received her nursing degree in 2004 and spent several years as a bedside nurse at St.Josephs hospital in Tampa. She then received her advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners License from USF in 2009. Courtney has been with Absolute Elder care since February 2015. Courtney is married and has 2 children. She has special interest in Geriatric Medicine and she enjoys spending her time with Friends and family, water skiing and baking!
Jenna Brown, ARNP

Monica Traylor, PA
Monica Traylor is a Nationally Certified Physician Assistant (by the NCCPA) specializing in Geriatrics. She completed her Bachelor of Science in marine and freshwater biology at the University of Texas in Austin and earned her Masters in Physician studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she was inducted in the Pi Alpha Honor society upon graduation. Additionally, she is a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Matthew Folder PA-C
Matt is originally from central Illinois. He attended Southern Illinois University and graduated in 1999. Matt moved to Florida in 2000, and started working as a physician assistant in Lakeland, Florida. He also holds a professional Legal Degree through Concord Law School. He has been working with the geriatric population since 2008 and thoroughly enjoys going to different places, seeing and working with the elderly. Elaine Rouco Perez PA-C
Elaine is a Physician assistant and started with Absolute Elder Care in October 2015
Elaine was born in Cuba and came to the United states with her family in search of better opportunity.
Elaine obtained her associates of Science from Hillsborough community college then transferred to the University of South Florida where she obtained her Bachelors in Biology. She then was accepted into Nova Southeastern university where she earned her Masters and became a Physician Assistant
She looks forward to coming to work everyday and has a real passion for the elderly patients she cares for!
